I teach a different kind of yoga. We get loud. We take up space. We mat slap. We hair flip. We follow a beat until our muscles are screaming then we go a little more.
Why? Because I want you to fall in love with yourself. I want you to be proud of yourself. I want you to embrace a revenge yoga lifestyle.

I’ll meet you wherever you’re at. I know your body won’t move the same way as it did yesterday and that’s okay.
Your goal might be weight loss, but my goal for you is to help you fall in love with your reflection, and hold space for you to scream, howl, cry, laugh, or just sweat it out on the mat.

You come to me for a workout and I promise I’ll deliver. It’s going to be hard, but I promise you’re capable of hard things. You didn’t come this far to only come this far.
