What is Moxie Yoga?
Moxie Yoga is more than just another yoga class. It’s founded on embracing the body, flaws and all, finding empowerment and confidence through self-touch and self-acceptance within the reflection in the mirror, and unpeeling the layers of societal misbeliefs we are all expected to adhere to.
Moxie is different because it’s an experience. It’s an uncovering. It’s pulling all the things we are told to stifle and keep in the dark and drawing them to the surface to be embraced, loved, and cherished. Your body is the only house that you will ever truly own and you deserve to love it all.
Instructor Certification
Moxie Yoga is geared to those who have no dance or yoga background. This practice is accessible for all body types, sizes, and ability.
Moxie Yoga is not a routine! There’s no build-up to a dance or memorizing steps and movements for a ‘show’ at the end of class.
All classes include a combination of burlesque, belly dancing, and yoga poses.
Through self-touch, flowing movements, fluid transitions, and creative sequencing attuned to an empowered and sensual playlist, Moxie Yoga will leave you feeling like a bad ass by the end of class.

meet the founder
My name is Abby and I’m the founder and creator of Moxie Yoga. I got certified as a Yoga Instructor in October 2020 and fell in love with how it changed my life. I’m an RYT 500, Buti Yoga, Primal Flow Yoga, FireCore, Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga, and Deep by Buti Yoga Instructor.
I created Moxie with the intention of owning your energy, taking your power back, and finding empowerment through feeling confident and beautiful in YOUR body through movement and self-touch under red lights.
I have over 1700 teaching hours (and counting) so if you meet me on the mat, I promise you’re in good hands.
